When ordering cupcakes and cakes from Cupcake Ltd you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Cupcake will not disclose any personal information about customers to third party businesses or organisations in any way.

We do not store any financial details from our customers.Payment is needed to confirm your order and until payment is received your order cannot be guaranteed.



Deliveries are made on the date specified in your order. All deliveries are undertaken by our specially selected couriers and all care is taken to ensure your cupcakes arrive in good condition. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address on the day of your order; if there is no-one on hand to receive the cake or cupcakes then the courier will try to contact the recipient with the phone number provided at the time of booking. If contact can’t be made then a “card to call” will be left in the letterbox and alternative arrangements will be made. Please note we cannot accept responsibility if the address provided is wrong or the intended recipient has moved.



If you choose to pick up your cake or cupcakes then please make sure you have a clean, flat surface to set the cakes on while driving. The boot is the best place for this, seats or the floor are not ideal places for travelling. If it is hot then please put the air conditioning on. Once the goods leave our premises then it is no longer the responsibility of Cupcake Ltd.



As we bake to order we do not accept returns. Refunds or a replacement order to the same value will only be given in the (unlikely) event that you receive the incorrect product or if the cake/cupcakes are of unsatisfactory quality. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery should this happen. We will need to receive the cake or cupcakes in its original packaging (at your cost). We don’t refund any postage or packaging cost associated with the order. Liability is limited to the value of the replacement cost of the goods supplied.


Cancelled orders

If you need to change the date or details of your order or cancel it altogether please contact us as far in advance as possible. Once a cake has been ordered, no changes to the design will be accepted within 6 weeks of your function. 

Once a deposit or full payment has been made, if you cancel your order NO refund will be given, however we can at our discretion offer a credit towards another order, which must be used within 6 months of the credit being issued. 

Should we be unable for any reason to fulfil your order then we will notify you by phone or email as soon as possible and you will receive a full refund or alternatively you can choose another product to the same value.


Our products

Pictures of products are intended to be as representative as possible. However as each product is handmade the appearance may vary slightly from cake to cake. We reserve the right to change or modify our products where necessary and substitute those goods of equal quality and value.

Extreme high temperatures and humidity due to weather conditions and the lack of a cool environment can affect the condition of the cake. We cannot be held responsible for unfavourable conditions outside of our premises. Please bear this in mind if you plan to have your cake sitting for a long period of time in these types of weather conditions.

Cupcake Ltd reserve the right to decline or cancel any order without reason and where appropriate issue a refund.
